As part of the Client Services department, the Programme and Admin Executive role involves delivering holistic vision rehabilitation services to clients experiencing vision impairment. Occasional weekend or weekday evening work may be necessary, and time off will be provided accordingly. Training will be provided to enhance your understanding of blindness, vision impairment, and the specific needs of individuals with vision loss.

Foster positive working relationships and collaboration with GDS’s referral partners, community partners, and volunteers to effectively administer client-centric programmes.
Provide training sessions for GDS’s event co-organisers, including community partners and volunteers.
Design, plan and execute programmes tailored for people with blindness and vision impairment, aiming to promote active living and independence.
Independently manage all aspects of events or collaborate with community partners, involving communication with internal and external stakeholders, budgeting, venue sourcing, event logistics, volunteer management, registration, and programme evaluation.
Maintain a calendar of all client services events.
Assist in handling incoming calls and emails related to client matters.
Conduct client admission and service evaluation calls.
Address requests, feedback, and queries from clients promptly and professionally.
Undertake any other reasonable duties as assigned by the General Manager and Head of O&M services.
