The Admin and Accounts Executive reports to the General Manager

Job Scope
(1) Assist the General Manager in general administration such as grant applications, human resource, insurance, banking, compliance, audit and accounts;
(2) Assist the Community Partnership team in administrative duties such as maintenance of clear records of donors and donations, and from time to time fundraising event audit;
(3) Prepare payment and supporting documents for the company’s out-sourced accountant to perform a monthly bank reconciliation and year end audit;
(5) Maintain accurate stock inventory of merchandise and training equipment;
(6) And any other ad hoc work assigned by the General Manager
