Role Overview

The Community Partnership Executive plays a key role in the planning and execution of impactful fundraising campaigns, community engagement programmes, and public outreach initiatives that uplift and empower the visually impaired community.

Requirements:
  • Self-motivated and proactive – eager to learn, take initiative, and work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong research and analytical skills – able to conduct independent research to support campaigns and initiatives
  • Excellent communication and writing abilities – strong interpersonal skills to engage donors, stakeholders, and the community (proficiency in Mandarin is a bonus)
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office – skilled in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for reports, presentations, and data management
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and resourceful – capable of multitasking and managing multiple projects efficiently
  • Creative with an eye for design – experience in artwork creation or an interest in design is a plus
  • A Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience; candidates with more experience will be considered for a senior position
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends and evenings for events and outreach activities (time off in-lieu will be granted)

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute strategies to expand fundraising efforts, engage the public, and increase community outreach
  • Lead the planning and execution of impactful community events, digital campaigns, and corporate engagement initiatives
  • Manage and curate content across corporate websites and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) to enhance engagement and awareness
  • Develop communication materials, including e-newsletters, appeal letters, and other donor engagement tools
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, such as funders, corporate partners, government agencies, and the public
  • Oversee the production and upkeep of marketing assets, including brochures, banners, and signage
  • Support the team with administrative duties for outreach to donors, clients, partners, volunteers and government agencies with the aim to meet the company's mission and objectives
